You know who it is as Goncalo Ramos becomes the latest player linked with a move to Old Trafford. The Paris striker has been playing second-fiddle since his move to the French capital two seasons ago as manager Luis Enrique has instead opted for the likes of Kylian Mbappe and then Ousmane Dembele ahead of the Portuguese forward.
He has seen limited game time since moving from Benfica as one of the hottest no 9s in the game at the time. However, despite being part of PSG's historic first-ever Champions League triumph (which completed a treble), he's played 41 games out of a total of 58 for Paris this season.
The good thing is that he still managed to score 18 times whilst grabbing 6 assists for the French and European champions which is certainly a healthy return.
But this news is coming from Nathan Salt of the Mail Sport (via The United Stand) and he says that "Man United were offered Goncalo Ramos by intermediaries, and could be one to watch as the striker market develops."
So not quite like the green light given by Bryan Mbeumo but still a potential deal to look out for.

As I said, Ramos was the sort of Viktor Gyokeres before Viktor Gyokeres as he was one of the most sort-after strikers in the game. In his final season in Portugal, the then 21 year old netted 27 goals in 47 matches whilst collecting 8 assists in a standout season.
This led PSG to pursue and eventually sign the forward who was linked with a move to United before moving to Paris.
Now that we are looking for a striker again, perhaps this time, we may have a better chance of securing his signature. The fact that he isn't the main man for Enrique could mean that he is more open to joining another club, one where he will be a guaranteed first-team starter.
This is because United are open to moving on Rasmus Hojlund, if reports can be believes. We know that the Dane is linked with returning to Italy as Inter have expressed interest in signing the 22 year old.
More news has come out this morning as "Inter are considering making a move for Rasmus Højlund this summer as they look to rebuild following the Champions League final" says the Manchester Evening News.
This comes after Fabrizio Romano said that contact was made between Hojlund's camp and Inter over his potential departure just a couple of days ago.
Ramos is a better striker than Rasmus. I think most decent strikers are let alone those of the quality of Ramos.
Would I take the Portuguese? I think he's more a backup for me if we cannot get Gyokeres or Victor Osimhen. Them two are the creme de la creme.
We know that Ruben Amorim admires his former Sporting striker and with Liam Delap going to Chelsea, it paves the way for United to potentially have the funds for a deal with Osimhen despite his high wage.
If we cannot bring in either of those, then I would be content with Ramos.
We are obviously in the early, early stages of this deal (if there is one) and we know that everyone and their dog gets linked with a move to United so as to invite other clubs to join the race or perhaps better their offer (we have a pull, you know?) and get the move they truly wanted.
So we will have to see how this story develops.
Would you take Ramos as our striker? Or do you prefer to go for others instead?
