Honestly, it's almost as if this is expected from United nowadays. And the funny thing is, we were actually decent.
However, even against a Villa side who didn't play at the level they have been, United still managed to mess up and gift 2 goals to the home side. Cunha also missed an opportunity that appeared harder to get off target than find the back of the net!
I get that it was a makeshift side considering injuries, suspensions and AFCON absentees, but you can't help but think that with such a performance, we really should've gotten something out of this game.
Captain Bruno also got injured to add insult to injury after he had a problem with his hamstring late in the first half. He was taken off for Martinez at halftime and tbh, we were better in midfield with the butcher.

Just really disappointed with this. These results are happening far too often. That's now just two wins in our last eight. 10 points behind Villa in 3rd. Another game where we didn't make the most of others dropping points.
